How to Submit a Resume to

1. Create a Candidate Account

Click Sign Up in the main site navigation (top right), enter your username, email address and a secure password. It’s important to select “I’m a candidate looking for a job” in the drop-down under About You:

2. Fill out Required Fields

Once you are logged into your Candidate account, click on Submit a Resume in the main site navigation (top center) and fill out all required fields. Optional fields are marked as such:

3. Make Your Resume Stand out by Taking Advantage of Optional Features offers a variety of optional resume features that will allow you to separate yourself from other talent. You can add a headshot, up to 20 skills, links to your social profiles and portfolios, and even a video resume. All you need is a YouTube link:
